Privacy
This site is a trade catalogue. It carries no advertising, no analytics and no tracking of any kind, so most of what a privacy policy usually has to cover does not apply here. What follows is what actually happens.
What is stored in your browser
The site sets no cookies. Three entries are written to your browser’s local storage, all of them choices you made yourself:
vh-cookie-consent, your answer to the consent banner, so it is not asked again.vh-currencyandvh-unit, the currency and unit of measure you picked in the header.
These never leave your device and are not readable by us. Clearing site data in your browser removes them.
Third parties
The site loads no scripts, fonts, images, maps or embeds from any other host. Everything is served from this domain. Nothing about your visit is shared with an advertising network, an analytics provider or a social platform, because none is used.
The catalogue and forms are served through Supabase, which hosts our database. It processes data on our instruction and nothing else.
What you send us
If you request a trade account, a quote or a sample, we keep what you type into the form: company name, contact name, business email, country and, if you give one, a VAT or tax number, together with the product the request was about.
We use it to verify the business, price the enquiry and reply. It is not sold, rented or passed to anyone for their own purposes. We keep it while there is a live trading relationship or an open enquiry, and remove it afterwards on request.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@vinaherb.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and are not satisfied with the answer, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If the site starts using something that collects data, whether analytics, an embedded map or a chat widget, this page is updated at the same time, not afterwards.
